After inspecting the item, we agree the required alterations, final price and a convenient collection time.
Message, collection and payment
When the order is ready, Olha sends you a message. At collection, you can check or try on the item before paying in cash or by BLIK.

At Galeria Askana, al. Konstytucji 3 Maja 102 in Gorzów Wielkopolski, level -1, next to the currency exchange.
When is the workshop open?
Monday to Saturday from 09:00 to 21:00. Phone and messaging are available from 09:00 to 17:00.
Is the online price final?
Prices shown online are indicative. We confirm the final cost after inspecting the item at the workshop.
Is express service available?
Yes. Orders completed on the same day are subject to a surcharge equal to 100% of the service price.
How can I pay?
We accept cash or BLIK.
Can I reach the workshop without using stairs?
Yes. There is a step-free route from the main entrance of Galeria Askana to the workshop.
How is the collection time agreed?
You choose a convenient collection time, and we organise the work around your needs.
Can I leave an item when Olha is away?
Yes. One of the seamstresses will accept it. After reviewing the order, Olha will call to discuss how the work will be completed, confirm the price and agree a convenient collection time.
Can I check the item when collecting it?
Yes. You can check or try on the item at collection. If the completed work needs an adjustment, we will agree how it will be carried out.
Is there a fitting room at the workshop?
Yes. The workshop has a separate fitting room available during your visit.
Do you replace zippers in clothing?
Yes. The price list covers zipper replacement in trousers, skirts, jeans, sweatshirts and jackets. The zipper itself is charged separately.
Do you work with leather?
We assess and price this work individually after inspecting the item.
Which languages are available?
Customer service is available in Polish and Ukrainian. Contact in other languages is possible with translation assistance.
